I was watching news bulleting last night and I think I watched something that I thought was very interesting. On business news, they said that Facebook help line had been launched. I found that interesting because I thought it was about time they launched a help line considering that facebook has acquired so many users in such a short time meaning that there are more people who need help with the way they use facebook and any other issue related to facebook. In my opinion, this was a right move by facebook and if they continue minding their users like they have already shown that they do, facebook is going to be a big hit. Already in my household, I have everyone on facebook. I believe that there are many households like mine. Something tells me that in only one year, facebook earns so much money because it takes care of its users. If all businesses operated like facebook, I believe that they would be making huge profits. Only most of the time, businesses do not care so much about customer service not knowing that customer service determines whether a business makes profits or losses.
