I am really not an organized person. I would only do exercises whenever I feel like it and do household chores if my mom would ask me to. Then, my mom noticed that I have an odd sleeping habit. I would sleep all day if I feel like it and also sleep at dawn at times.

Last year, my dad decided that I really needed some discipline and got me an NYC personal trainer. I really wondered how that could help my disorganized habits, but I decided to go with the flow. My personal trainer got me motivated when he showed me his muscles and told me that I could have the same muscles if I worked hard for it.
